Though these people were freindly and quick to respond, they are like any other dealership in that they want as much of your money with as little effort as possible. This was evident by the effort by me to get the best trade values for my trade in vehicles in which they were willing to provide lower than KBB values. Also, there were noted items that were greatly underpar from the detail department that I specifically called out to Chris during the test drive that were never looked at or fixed when I received the vehicle.
