I had a great experience working with Eric and Colin buying my first Jeep Wrangler! They both had a lot of patience working with my unique situation as someone trying to buy a car who lives in another state. So they were both great walking me through everything over the phone and how we could get this deal done which I was very thankful for. Also being able to work with my schedule as I had to plan on picking it up in person and having to juggle that with my job so just all went smooth due to their time and patience which I really appreciated. Another thing that was nice working with Summit Auto is while they do still offer extra packages (warranties, protection, etc) they ask you if its something you like to add on instead of adding it on from the beginning and telling you after you are ready to purchase that this is something you have to pay for since its already included with the Jeep (may seem like shouldn't that be standard but you'll realize looking elsewhere that its more common the other way around). So just things like that I really appreciated. They also said I can still contact them with any questions I may have going forward so that kind of customer service is paramount so I would recommend working with Eric and Colin if possible.

Great customer service. Tanner and Danah helped me with everything!

Overall they where all good to work all where friendly and helpful and not making you fell pressured

For his level of experience it is remarkable that he displays such a relaxed and yet poised and confident communication style detailing all elements of the sale and of the car I purchased. Unfortunately, the delivery was not announced until the day of, and the driver did not advise that he could not deliver to my address until an hour before arrival at 10:15pm. So, I had to trouble my son, 40 minutes away to provide a ride to the car. The interior of the car could have been cleaner. A simple cleaning of seats, dash, console etc. would have made this car look like it came off the show room floor as the car has only 8800 miles. All else good.

I worked with Brian Pahnke remotely by phone and email to get a deal done on our new Ram 3500. He communicated great answering all questions, worked up a trade number based on photos and emails. When we arrived at the dealership he had everything set and ready to go. No surprises everything just as he had communicated! Alex Soukup, Mike, Dave, and definitely Ryan who stepped in to bump up our trade in and include our have to have MOPAR bedliner. Along with making our contract and document signings easy as hell and only 30 minutes to pick up our new RAM and head home 143 miles up North. They should all be thanked and appreciated for making 2 disabled Vets/retirees pleased with their purchase! We highly recommend these hard working folks, and Summitt Dodge RAM in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin!
