Assigned salesman via the website after requesting test drive. Overall, he was OK. I would've expected a thank you from him after purchasing a vehicle from your dealership. Seemed to be forgetful quite a bit. Didnt fuel vehicle up for test drive. Never offered to show me any of the tech and capabilities of vehicle. Dave Reilly in finance was excellent. Service Dept was excellent.
Professional and competent. Very customer oriented and helpful. Went out of their way to get the best possible outcome for me and securing the deal and delivery of the by.
Mike Marusich and Dave Reilly were both very professional and good at what they do. mike answered all my questions about the purchase and was probably one if not the quickest auto purchases i have done and i have done a lot, Dave Reilly was awesome at answering all my questions about the purchase and the warranty just very good all the way around! i will be back in the future!
Tanner made sure to answer all of our questions as thoroughly as possible. We went into Summit Ford to simply test drive some vehicles and ask some simple questions about our trade in options. Tanner made sure we didn’t feel pressured to buy and that eased any concerns we had going into it. We felt our time and money was being taken seriously even after making it known we weren’t for sure buying. All in all, best dealership experience we have had and we will be recommending Tanner and Sumit Ford to friends and family.
There was great communication regarding the vehicles I was interested in. It was late in the day, the service manager was able to make a call so we could complete the financing that night.
Summit Ford is a very good dealership, I haven't bought a car from them, but I have Maintenance always done by them. Their shop is clean and looks well maintained.
Josiah was most helpful yet patient! You will love Danah, she worked so hard for us! Never fear going here. My daughter was happy also, as seen in photo.

Brooke Day did an amazing job of making sure I was aware of where we were in the process to get my truck fixed. The active communication made me feel at ease with having the repairs done. The ability to be at work and then picking my truck up was great!
