He let me look at whatever however many times I needed to. After sale we had a slight communication problem due to telephone service, but he was sure quick and eager to try to correct the issue. Both issues were fixed. But the bottom door panel that was removed to fix issue with door lock was never reinstalled properly, it was just hanging from the top, never locked back down. (Warranty work so just had the deductible to pay)
Summit has the absolute best service I've worked with at any dealership ever and I've worked with numerous dealerships since the late 1970s. They are polite, professional and do great work! They don't waste your time or try to upsell you to purchase parts or services that aren't needed! We live 20 miles from Summit, choosing to drive to Fond Du Lac instead of going to the local dealership and it's definitely worth it!!

I took a huge risk buying this vehicle sight unseen and out of state. Once I was able to determine it was not a scam, we were able to come to a deal. I only had to take a haircut on the shipping. 1 week into owning it, there was a major mechanical issue. The Dealership and Chris K. were very helpful and cooperative, and we were able to come to a reasonable deal. With a little tactical patience with the process, I found the experience very good, and I would recommend this dealership.
