Blew a tire and then the spare and was stranded 30 min from shop. Got a friend to get me and the original tire and the next morning I brought the tire and rim in and got repaired and they helped with their mobile service and installed the new tire at no cost.. I thought it went great, I was able to set it up so i could drop off my car the day before. I was sadly slightly disappointed that they don't offer even inside car detailing unless you have a certain package; but that's minor for how well it went otherwise.
