Deal was fine, but since I bought the car and was having it shipped, it was not clear on the shipping. Spending that much money should have clear communication on when the vehicle will be getting to the destination.

I was having issues with a slow leak in one of my tires. When I went in they told me that it may be a half hour to 45 minute wait as they had oil changes ahead of me. They found a nail in the tire and plugged it and I drove out of there within the hour and there was no charge because I had purchased the tires from them. I have never had bad service at Summit!

However the person that did the oil change tightened the filter so tight it leaked all over my driveway and had to change myself before I could drive it leaked so much. Instead of customer service, it was more like guest service. No bothering me with pressure.
